I use sustainably sourced paper in my notebooks. I save any scrap materials to make smaller notebooks or to use as packaging.
I also use second hand fabrics to make some of my notebooks.
-
I use a variety of bookbinding methods, including double fan binding, perfect binding, Japanese stab binding, and pamphlet stitch binding.
I choose techniques which are durable but not too time consuming so that I can keep my products affordable.

My hardcover notebooks, book sleeves, and pencil cases are made using patterned fabric I buy, either from small UK fabric shops or using clothes and fabric I buy from charity shops. I make the covers for my paper/ softcover notebooks using patterned paper (e.g. old gift bags or paper packs) or printing designs I’ve created in Canva. I also create journal pages, diary pages, and my stickers in Canva.
